I made a half batch of a newer gluten free, night shade free and dairy free cake recipe. Coconut butter cream frosting and fresh strawberries made it perfect!
The layers are thin but very easy to manage and it frosted easily. I did not have to freeze it first. I also found some cake decorations to add.
I used my large butterfly cookie cutter to cut out the shape on the top layer.
