The Marigold School of Early Learning is open from September through July. Important, if you plan on going on vacation in the months of June or July you must inform the school at the beginning of the school year, September, or as late as January. The school budget depends on all families enrolled and must know in advance in order to plan accordingly for the year. Thank you so much for your consideration.
The Marigold School of Early Learning follows most of the local school district’s holidays and inclement weather closures. Here is a copy of the Vancouver Public School Calendar for the school year 2022-2023 *Important note, Marigold has a few additions for school closures due to being open eleven months out of the school year.

July 29: End-of-year school celebration! Saturday morning. **Last class session is Monday, July 31st for those attending class on Mondays. (Our graduation party and celebration for those returning the following year!)

Your child is an important part of our small school community and we love every moment of the school year when the children can be together building strong friendships and learning alongside each other. Please remember to plan ahead and inform the school in September or the latest in January if you will be gone any time during the school year.
The Marigold School of Early Learning will follow the Vancouver Public School’s inclement weather closures. If the public schools are two hours late due to weather Marigold will be closed. Please check email and texts closely during those winter months, so you stay up-to-date and well-informed. Power outages In the case of a power outage, if I have time to contact you all before you leave for school, I will, but I may not due to the unpredictable nature of power outages. School cannot be in session with no power.
